"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and always smelled amazing. The front desk staff was consistently available and attentive, which made the stay feel welcoming and easy. Valet parking was smooth and convenient. The bar was a highlight—especially in the mornings, with amazing sandwiches, fresh pastries, great coffee, and juices that never disappointed. The room was always spotless and had a lovely view of the T-Mobile District. The location is perfect—close to everything, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. I was very pleased with my stay and would absolutely return. "

"Check-in was a nightmare. We waited with about thirty other guests for hours past our four o'clock check-in time. They did give us a $21 voucher to the restaurant in the hotel to make up for the delay. But $21 doesn't cover much there. Once we get our room, everything was great. They have us a late check out, the room was beautiful, the shower was amazing. The food in the hotels restaurant was good, but expensive. The drinks were blah. But the view they have from the restaurants deck is the best in old San Juan. The rooftop pool is a great oasis with incredible views of the city. We've stayed here before and will definitely stay there again when in the area."
