Excellent location. Close to bus stand where one can take direct bus to the airport. The hotel has 24 hours room service with very reasonable price. Excellent hotel staff. Service with a smile guaranteed.

Overall okay with couple of notes/improvement if possible 1. No elevator to 2nd floor, better put elevator or at least ramp for trolley to bring belonging to 2nd floor 2. Hot water not working in bathroom 3. Jacuzzi not hot at all 4. Parking space very limited 5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked 6. There is no smoking sign on the table in restaurant, but there is still people smoking and hotel staff didn't take action until I request help 7. Safety protocol in restaurant...
