I always try to book when I’m going to attend a concert in the “Choli” because of the location. It’s cozy and clean which is super important to me. Very much recommended.

My husband, son and I spent the night prior to our cruise the next day. Property was clean and located very conveniently to restaurants. Staff were friendly and assisted us with finding transportation to cruise port.

Very modern 2 bedroom with comfortable beds. Great downtown location close to everything. Staff were professional and great to work with.

My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. Axel and the other coworkers, staff are absolutely amazing. They are always smiling and ready to guide assist etc. Definitely worth coming back to stay and visit. We will be recommending to friends and family for sure. Gives you apartment studio vibes. The restaurant next door tutti bene delicious we had it twice, two times in a row & the good truck in the corner Yaya yummy. You’ll love it.

This is a very nice small boutique hotel in a super location to experience Old San Juan. A good part of the charm is the city itself loaded with historical sites, great eateries, shops and bars and the Villa Herencia is right in the middle of all this. Not only is a car not needed but is probably a handicap and unnecessary expense as parking and driving the old city streets is a challenge. We absolutely love the hotel. The Area. The church. Everything was perfect. I’m a proud Puerto Rican this trip was everything. Thank you El Convento we look forward to coming back soon.

We definitely have such a good time and the place was very clean and comfortable I definitely recommend.

Our stay was absolutely amazing until the last day the people that checked in next to us blasted music from 3 pm all the way till we called the front desk and asked them to lower it down… then came in at 5am and made noise till 6 am. If staying here I would definitely let the front desk know if you like your privacy and peace because that was annoying besides that we had an amazing time so many places to walk to. People are friendly and staff is amazing

Truly a lovely place for those of the Senior group. Was close to the beach. With several stores to shop for wants and necessities. Wonderful dining areas and finding most folk to be kind and friendly. Only wish the Pool was a bit larger especially for one like myself somewhat prohibited in my moving which made me a bit uncomfortable with attempting to go in. Otherwise, things were wonderful and, will come back again. Thank you for your extreme kindness and help throughout my stay.

The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and family friendly! My family and I had a blast. After a long day of beach, family and fun we would all come back to the property swim and call it a night. It was perfect! There are plenty of beds, air conditioning, and a small kitchenette to brew coffee or make food. You will not regret it!

I was not sure about the area of the hotel at first, but the people were so nice , the area was also nice and we were able to walk to most places we needed to walk to , I loved the fact that I could go across the street for food. The hotel was so cool!! The small and big details made the hotel even better, our room was nice, bathroom was very big!! The room was just enough for two people
