The hotel and staff were great. We traveled with my daughter and dog, which alone can be hectic but the hotel was accommodating. We came on a weekend trip and the hotel even gave us a few extra hours to keep our bags and items in the room, while we went to the Budapest zoo nearby. Nice property. Good location. Good service. Good wifi. Good air conditioning. Convenient to grocery store one block away. Especially Gabor at the front desk was most helpful. Whenever there was a problem and others offered no help, Gabor came personally and solved the problem for me. Excellent health center with nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam. It would be better if they didn't allow the young children in the jacuzzi, but otherwise it was great!
It was a very nice and modern apartment in a quiet area, with fast wifi and all the necessities. Great bathroom and furnishings. Nice little patio and free coffee pods with creamer -- excellent (other than the eternal plastic waste).
You may have to hunt for information sometimes, like where the laundry room is (in the garage, available for guests after 15:30). Overall, it's a great option for the area. Pro tip: Weeknight prices are much cheaper than weekends.

You'll need to get the M3 Metro line into the city centre though as it's ~4 miles/6kms.
Communication was a bit difficult as the staff’s English was limited, but despite the language barrier, they did their best to explain everything and were very kind.
