My room was clean and everything worked well. The location was very convenient to the center. Although no cars are permitted in the area, the walk was very short. The front staff were very helpful and informative. One staff member even agreed to return a key to my hotel in Mostar. She went out of her way to help. Much appreciated.
Taxi from the airport is 1800 dinars with an exchange rate of 110/dollar. The new hotel is in a perfect location in the center of the old town. There are a series of peatonals with stores, shopping, clubs and outside restaurants everywhere. The 70 minute sightseeing bus only runs 3 times per day so check with the hotel staff and costs 600 dinars. It gives you a great overview of the city. There is not a tremendous amount to see on Beograd so one full day should suffice. Nice town, courteous...
This was a short visit so we very much appreciated how well located we were for seeing Belgrade in the limited time we had. We managed everything on the list except for the inside of the fortress as it is closed on Mondays. The hotel decor was also lovely and the room was very comfortable.
The location was excellent! Walking distance to all major sites and museums. Public transportation (buses and trolleys) were very efficient and free.
Just be aware that the hotel is inside a residential building. So, don’t be surprised when you arrive. It’s not specifically marked. Be sure to have the address handy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit.
