Location is calm quiet and peaceful!! A great retreat from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi.

Close to airport, our rooms were upgraded and breakfast was included. The front desk person got us a local driver to the airport for about $4. Would recommend for those early connection flights for sure.

The room was perfect and the young lady at the front desk was point on with our accommodations, made an immediate arrangement for our ride to the airport and was just sweet and personable.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got us appointments to get our eyelashes done and the place was amazing. They helped me call around looking for something at pharmacies and more. The rooms are fantastic with only an area rug under the beds so no icky carpet. Exactly what we needed. Super clean, front desk helpful, good price and very close to the airport.

Our flight is 1am and the flight is late. Auto and his staff waited us for two hours. Thanks a lot. And he upgraded our room.

Best place to stay

I was extremely surprised by the quality of the hotel-it is modern with quality fittings. The room was very large with two double beds. The bathroom equals was again very large and had an excellent shower and a full spa bath. It is located close to the airport but the surrounding area is not for tourists. Ms Nguyen went out of her way and spoke to the driver of a bus from Ha Giang to tell him to make a special stop to drop us close to the hotel. This saved me from goung all the way into Hanoi...

Clean, bare bones, safe and quiet hotel facility in a convenient location at a very low price.

The hotel is very close to the airport which makes it convenient for late arrivals. The breakfast is free and on the 7th floor so a nice view. The driver who picked us up at the airport was quick to arrive. Overall, I definitely recommend.

It's a nice play to stay when you're on a budget. Very clean and comfortable. Very accommodating and nice staff.
