The Park Hyatt is a beautiful new resort (about a year old) and it has been well kept. The decor of the property is modern, coastal and it's in a secluded location on the island; so there's not a whole lot of traffic and it wasn't crowded with guests. We chose to stay at the Hyatt instead of the Four Seasons at nearby Nevis primarily because it was overall a better value. Hyatt is priced better than Four Season ($495 vs $700+). Had an awesome stay. The staff was excellent. I couldn’t catch the ferry at the time I wanted to (6am) so I had to make multiple trips to the ferry terminal and office to sort my tickets out. The staff offered to take me (free of charge) and each time they waited for me. They told me I didn’t have to check out so early so they gave me access to the room again. Was treated like family here. Amazing service and people working at Koi. A few suggestions: you will need to rent a car if you stay here. There is no access to the beach, but they have a shuttle that takes you to frigate beach. Stop at Rams grocery store and get yourself snacks. Make sure you take a trip to reggae beach. Jowelle, Paula and the hotel staff were all great and made the stay an excellent experience. The view from the room and pool was amazing! PLEASE NOTE ... the RESTAURANT is NOT RUN by the HOTEL. Which is probably why the service was horrible and the food below average. ENJOY your stay at the HOTEL. Save yourself from a horrible experience at the restaurant.

This property is amazing, from the arrival to departure. The gardens are beautiful, people are amazingly hospitable, food taste homemade (you can taste the love in it), and it is safe. I highly recommend this property for your vacation! I've stayed at other Four Seasons for work but the resort at Nevis is one to remember. Staff were very helpful and always remembered the names of each traveler who stayed. I made special arrangements previous to my wife and I arriving at the resort for a beach dinner and roses in our room and it was more than I expected. The Hermitage is a charming, historic inn located in a beautiful part of Nevis. We could see the clouds pass over Mt. Nevis as our children swam in the pool, and we watched the green vervet monkeys frolic in the rainforest as we relaxed on the porch off of our bedroom. The people are so friendly, helpful, and the food is delicious.

We really enjoyed being somewhat isolated, far enough away from the Four Seasons and other hotels. We rarely saw other tourists and we enjoyed taking the local bus, interacting with locals, buying local fresh fish and produce and learning how to cook it. Vanessa and the other staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights here at the Calypso Hotel in mid May. It being the end of the tourist season, there were only about 2 other guests at the hotel. The hotel is on the exact opposite side of the island from Charlestown, so it was extremely quiet and peaceful, while still only being a 20 minute drive at most to get to places like charlestown and Pinney’s beach. I loved how close this property was so close to the beach, breathtaking views of the islands, and nearby restaurants. It really immerses you in the beauty of the place and is so relaxing. The people are very friendly, the food is local and fresh, and I fell in love with their cat, Smokey. We also got to see monkeys every morning eating fruit from the tree in front of our patio. Nature comes to you- all you need to do is relax.

The Marriott is a great place to stay while on St Kitts. We stayed for one week and didn't want to leave! There are many restaurant options. Our favorites were fish tacos from Calypso, morning breakfast and coffee from the cafe and drinks and food all day from the restaurant outside. Restaurants (Rituals Sushi and Bombay Blues were our favorites) and Rams convenience store are within walking distance. There are daily activities like yoga, beach volleyball, dance lessons, bingo, water...

Cozy and clean, highly reccomended

Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on.

Nice experience, large rooms

I was very pleased with the service and the property as a whole. The customer service was outstanding and the staff was very attentive to our needs. The housekeeping service provided was commendable. They cleaned the room daily and with the best care! Heather was amazing!!! I would absolutely recommend this resort for others and I will be returning again!
