My room at this hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was well decorated, clean, and comfortable. The staff was fantastic and helpful. The food at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was wonderful. The location is peaceful and quiet. It's an easy trip from the hotel down to Lake Bled, and it's nice to get away from the crowds at the end of the day. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the mountain view outside our windows, the staff was very nice and hospitable, and the breakfast was incredible!

The best. Traveling with 2 friends for the last 30 years over much of the world, I would rank this one of the most delightful small hotels. Lovely third floor suite overlooking Lake Bled complete with the perfect castle highlighted by a rainbow. Staff was young and professional while maintaining a warm sense of humor. Arranged all of our requests immediately and were helpful with excellent suggestions for our three days in the area. Variety of guests from a Lebonese biking group speaking French...

Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Such a great stay. Air conditioning worked well. Shower pressure was good and stayed hot as well. Great quiet location steps away from the hustle and bustle. Hosts were extremely hospitable. Definitely a gem in this area.

Nice room with some common areas. Good location not too far from the lake. Convenient parking at the property. Option for breakfast in a nearby hotel or we actually purchased a nice breakfast basket with fresh, local products that lasted us for two meals.

We enjoyed every moment we stayed at the Penzion Berc. The owners and all staff were above and beyond in meeting our needs. The food was very delicious and made our stay very complete and very quaint and perfect. Thank you!!!

Although the hotel has a rustic-modern decor, everything seems fairly new, very clean, and nicely detailed with lots of woodwork. The family that runs it is very friendly, always active (even the kids help out), and cooked eggs to order with the excellent breakfast. Our balcony view across the valley was a delight each morning and evening. We stayed 3 nights doing mountain activities. It's a 10-minute walk to Lake Bohinj and the village there; about half an hour from the more crowded sights...

Very bare bones, but clean and well-kept. Easy drive to the lake.

Perfect stay. Room was lovely, view was beautiful, and we got excellent advice on local hikes and meals. Couldn’t recommend higher.

Definitely a great stay! We arrived later than their check in schedule but the host kindly met with us and still explained everything about the apartment and even recommended places to visit in Bled. The apartment had a cute backyard garden and was only about a 10 min walk until Lake Bled. I contacted the host to see if I could do laundry and he was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Room looks like a what you have seen in a fairy tales. Clean and cosy. They have a great restaurant within the hotel. Best stake I’ve ever had in my whole life and I’m almost 60 and travelled everywhere.

Only complaint was the awful and loud music continually playing in restaurant

Two nights using the hotel as a base to visit Nova Gorica and Bled. Breakfast buffet was extensive - continental choices plus scrambled eggs and British sausage. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The dining room staff sometimes does double duty at registration desk. Lots of tourist information. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk and train station is a couple of minutes longer.

Beautiful chalet very clean and easy to check in and out. Beautiful surroundings.

The front desk staff was especially helpful for orientation.

The guest house was charming. It was very clean and not too far from the center. The breakfast was amazing and the owners are absolutely lovely. Very kind staff.
