"The room was alright - very clean and comfortable - and receptionist kindly let me extend my check out, however very disappointed to find out that the room was located above a construction site where work started at 7:30am on a Saturday, with a crane operating directly in front of my balcony. It was not mentioned when making the reservation that there was construction going on, but this should have been stated - if I had known about the construction, I would not have chosen this property as it was unpleasant and noisy."

"The reception and bar staff as superb, the hotel is jn a central location, easy to access and rooms can be accessed by lift or stairs. The breakfast buffet is 5stars - so much choice for continental choice - full English is not a tradition here so please don’t expect black pudding and beans as it’s continental but the food is perfect. The rooms were not cleaned daily - although we are clean, maybe fresh towels on the 3rd day would have been nice. Also we had to ask for pillows. The spa facility was out of action and I was only notified the day before travelling so cancellation was not an option. I would have preferred to know sooner or offered alternative. Would I book again, Kosice yes, this hotel, no sorry "
