"The location is handy because it is aprox 10 to 15 minutes from the airport and the staff is kind however the property lack of hygiene the room was very smelly, it would help to do some good wall cleaning and painting a general hygiene cleaning within the property. It could have been cleaner and it could have smelled better. It is challenging to spend a night in a room that is smelly of body odor. The air condition does not help with this."

Hotel is new modern and very close to the main mall Buenavista. There is also a new shopping center nearby. We stayed 7 days over carnaval time ( 2 adults and an infant) and had a great experience. Only the first night there were hiccups- the power shut down so hotel had no elevator and air conditioner.
