Excellent experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of choices. The location is very convenient, especially as it is close to Tunis-Carthage International Airport. Parking was also a great advantage. One small point for improvement would be the bed: it was a queen-size bed, and I would have preferred a king-size bed for greater comfort. Overall, I would definitely consider...
The property was gorgeous - marble everywhere. The staff was extremely professional, accommodating, multilingual. I was surprised that the gym was not on par with the rest of the services, but you could still do what you needed to do.
The building was an example of fine architecture and well decorated. The room was exactly as advertised with a great view of the surrounding area. The most important part of my stay was the attention provided by Taieb the manager whether it was help with finding a tour guide or when a where to have breakfast everything ran smooth and I felt like my patronage was valued. Anyone staying at this property will not be disappointed.
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at, and I had a wonderful experience at the Barcelo Concorde Les Berges du Lac. Lovely boutique hotel right on the sea near Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. Beautifully decorated, secure, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and local delicacies. Sana and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful. My room looked right out at the sea. Perfect.

The staff and managers are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. Prices are very reasonable. If you're driving, they have secure underground parking. And the breakfast buffet is very nice.
Wonderful hotel, super helpful staff, beautiful, quiet rooms and a lovely garden in the back where you can sit and enjoy a coffee. The fresh cooked breakfast is a nice way to start the day.
The rooms are very clean, the beds have cozy duvets and plenty of pillows. We were there in the winter and the rooms had heat and were plenty warm. Our room was up 2 floors of stairs, they also have ground level rooms (and stairs are the norm in Tunis). The sitting area outside our room was nice and...

Breakfast was rather simple.
We booked two beds and got only one. The room was too small to put in another bed. There was other bigger rooms, but we were not assigned for, despite that we made reservation a few months in advance. This was a bit disappointing.

The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness. They went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay was special. We came for a wedding, and got back to the hotel at 4a. This was a stunningly beautiful Tunisian Villa, authentically restored to its origins as a 17th century merchant's home in the heart of the souk. It was an authentic cultural experience with old world hospitality and modern necessities, free wi-fi and updated western bathroom.
