John was Amazing taking our bags up stairs and delivering food to our door. And the dining staff has magnificent customer service always with a smile. The best so far.
Everything was great the staff was wonderful. They made me feel right at home everything I ask for and more they delivered I felt very comfortable and safe. No hassling my guest they greeted them with open arms I will be staying here when I return in May Everyone was nice and helpful from the bell hop to the ones at the front desk to the bar tenders down to the clean up crew they where all very respectful. They got my vote for best hotel in Dominican Republic 🇩🇴
Great hotel but Gaby and Carolyn need retraining. I felt I was bothering them at check in. They kept talking about personal stuff. I looked around to see if I was at McDonald’s.
The hotel was fabulous. I couldnt believe how comfortable and how friendly the staff was. Knew my name at the restaurant the same day and greeted every morning. Amazed and please we will be back
Hotel and staff were awesome! Room was nice and the view was beautiful. Infinity pool was much smaller than pictured on Expedia, the water was cold, but it was enjoyable. The bathroom door was stuck, wouldn't lock, front desk was contacted but door was not fixed since we had to be present in the room, and we were out and about! Overall exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again.

i was also robbed at the airport of 60 dollars by the customs because my passport was not stamped at entry and i had to pay a "minimum" 1 month overstay tax or be arrested (i was there for 3 nights) i will be contacting the ministry of tourism to report this. now if i was charging 18...
My fiancé and I stayed here because we had an early morning appt at the U.S. Consulate. The hotel is small but the room was clean, the water was nice and hot and AC was nice and cold. The only small issue was that someone walked in while I was naked and about to go in the shower but they immediately walked out .
