As I was travelling alone, they even helped me take photos and videos, which I really appreciated. They were constantly checking on me to make sure everything was okay, asking if I needed water or anything else. Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The service was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel 2000%! Honestly, for me, this hotel is a 20/10. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Georgia. ❤️"
