"The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of helpful hints and tips. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. We had a meal one of the evenings which was delicious. My husband had an evening massage with only an hours notice which he said was one of the best he’d experienced."

"From start to finish my stay at riad marraplace was superb. I wish I was staying longer. My airport transfer worked really well and took stress out of arrival in a foreign land alone. Then I was greeted with such warmth and a tea on the rooftop before settling in my lovely room. The decoration and attention to detail is wonderful in the hotel shared areas and my room. I was also grateful for the water and sweets in my room - such a thoughtful touch. Staff were so helpful and provided advice on getting to see what i wanted, eat out and catch a taxi to my next destination. The breakfast was amazing, such s lovely selection of local treats and was really filling. Location was brilliant in a quiet street but so close to everything. Basically I just loved it and can't fault this hotel. I hope to come back."

"Règle générale cet établissement est bien. Nous avons toutefois eu un problème avec le coffre-fort dans la chambre qui n’ouvraient plus la veille de notre départ. Nous avons du mettre de la pression à la réception pour qui nous envoie le responsable qui demeure à l’extérieur de l’établissement…il est arrivé à 23:00 pour régler la problématique contenue que nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 6:00 a.m le lendemain matin. Nous avons trouvé aussi que l’entretien pourrait être beaucoup mieux à l’extérieur, il y à beaucoup de carrelage endommagé sur les trottoirs."

"Emailed property 4 days bwfore arrival to ask about transport from airport - never heard back After being shown to a room totally different than the photos i never ever saw another member of staff. 24 hour reception haha Nope. Just pay tiny bit more. It will be worth it"
