"Fantastically comfortable bed and clean room. Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff and a perfect location for exploring the Medina and other sites"
"Fantastic Riad style hotel located within the medina, beautifully decorated. Fabulous staff who were super helpful. Breakfast served in roof top restaurant with views over city an added bonus. Highly recommend."
"The hotel is fine for staying one night, the room was clean with heating, big shower and bathroom.
Located about seven kilometers to the old city, the staff are friendly people. "
"The riad is pretty average. Staff is also average. What ruined my experience is that they have a caged bird in the main area of the riad who has no stimulation (no toys or anything) and only has 1 perch. The bird is stuck there sitting on a single perch all day with nothing to do, no sunshine, no enrichment, just stuck. Really ruined the vibe for me, I felt really bad for that bird. If you try to go in the pool, the bird tries to get your attention so someone can play with it. Just very sad....
"Tout était superbe au Riad. Superbe décoration, confort et service. La table d’hôte était superbe, bravo au chef Fatima. L’emplacement est parfait, 5 mn à pied de l’ancienne ville, de la place principale et d’autres monuments.
Notre séjour en famille était top. "
"Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. Service was outstanding , specially I would shout out to Youssef, Youness, Jalal and Hicham a big thanks for their service !. Food in the breakfast was delicious but we ordered a dinner...
"This is an amazing family owned and managed by the warmest sweetest most helpful family. The rooftop terraces, breakfast and location is very convenient"
"Our family of four stayed one brief night in Riad Meknes as a stopover during a drive from Tangier to Merzouga. While we didn’t have too much time in Meknès or the riad itself, we did enjoy both the town and riad. Our room was spacious and we loved the lovely decor throughout the riad and the interesting layout. We had a quick dip in the pool and wished we’d had more time to use the garden courtyard.
We did get lost in the medina while trying to find the riad to check in - and Google maps had...

Dar Jamai Museum is just one of the attractions in Meknes Medina, Meknes so you might want to stop by during your trip. If you want to experience more of the culture Meknes has to offer, head to El Hedim Square, Bab el-Mansour, and Koubbat as-Sufara’.
Koubbat as-Sufara’ is just one of the landmarks located 1.9 mi (3 km) from central Meknes, so you might want to stop by for a few pics during your trip.
Pros : Nice Riad - has been renovated meticulously and beautifully . Nice roof top view. Staff -very nice , helpful and polite . Clean , spacious , windows overlook central atrium ( no outside windows - authentic riad )
Cons: Not like a hotel - so even though front desk services are supposed to be from 7 - 11, it’s hit or miss if reception will answer your call .
3 min walk to riad from car through a stone w from
This property is in a good location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The coffee was good in the morning! :)
Room for improvement: WiFi is only available in the lobby (not in the rooms, especially the higher up you go). The bathroom (my room was on the 6th floor) needs updating; the layout of the bathroom was not functional.
Overall, it was a good place with a good price for a one night stay!

Riad Safir was a surprise and delight. Beautiful. Bright. Great design and art. Welcoming & helpful staff! Rooftop breakfast. Comfortable bed and room. Fun walking through the medina to get to it!
I just needed a clean bed and hot shower for a quick overnight stop, and this hotel ticked all the boxes. The hotel provides easy parking right in front and there's a great supermarket a few hundred metres down the road.
It is near everything. The owner was helpful and pleasant. The TV didn't work properly, I think WiFi signal was strong enough. I highly recommend the apt.
Amazing family owned and run hotel. Very nice family extremely helpful and they went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and very helpful when I needed to use their phone to resolve a personal issue which was amazing
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the room was is beautiful set and has a great view, the meal was fantastic at all times! This is one of the best experiences I’ve had in Morocco, J’aime bio et bois!
