This is a very nice small boutique hotel in a super location to experience Old San Juan. A good part of the charm is the city itself loaded with historical sites, great eateries, shops and bars and the Villa Herencia is right in the middle of all this. Not only is a car not needed but is probably a handicap and unnecessary expense as parking and driving the old city streets is a challenge. The place is very cute. I felt safe in the area. The rooms were clean. Comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you need. The lady in charge is available when you contact her and the ladies that work to clean the building clean are very sweet and keep the place clean. I really enjoyed staying here and will do it again the next time I travel to PR. I highly recommend this place.

I am a retired Army veteran and have stayed at hostels. Nomada is the best hostel I have stayed at. When Flor is around, just know you will be treated like a house guest. She is awesome and very attentive to the guests needs. The property itself is very well maintained, clean and very accessible. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
The location was amazing, directly on the beach. Great bar/restaurant attached. The room itself was nice with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very small and smelled terrible. The sink leaked on the floor. The shower water temperature and pressure were erratic and went from a trickle to blasting so hard it sprayed the entire bathroom floor, then from freezing to scalding.
It was an amazing stay. Great place to kick back in-between plans during the day. Only complaint was that our WiFi did not work but we weren't there long enough to have to use it heavily (only in passing). Other than that, phenomenal staff and a phenomenal place!
We woke up each morning to an amazing panoramic view of the water. The beaches were easily accessible, the touristy beach across the street and the mellower just 1/2 block away. There was a simple breakfast laid out all morning and a lovely common area and roof top deck to view the ocean and enjoy the breeze. The staff was warm and friendly. The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and family friendly! My family and I had a blast. After a long day of beach, family and fun we would all come back to the property swim and call it a night. It was perfect!
There are plenty of beds, air conditioning, and a small kitchenette to brew coffee or make food. You will not regret it!
Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.
