We had beautiful modern large room, the staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly.
We had an ample breakfast, they had cookies, water and sodas in the room and a nightly turndown service with chocolate. The neighbor was amazing, restaurants and shops.

This riad was incredible! Although it was over 300 years old it has been maintained very well. Some of the original tile was still visible and just incredible. Ahmed the owner and his daughter seemed like they were old friends or family and treated us like we were the most special guests they ever had. Clean bright one br apartment which I was able to get last minute. Staff was friendly and super helpful in every way. Accommodated late checkout and even got me a cab. The only warning with the balcony room that I had is there is some noise at night but with earplugs I slept great. This room also had a full kitchen, pull out couch and a second bathroom. Highly recommend!!!
Location is unbeaten! It is next to Rabat Ville station. Breakfast was fine for me: tea, coffee, cheese, eggs, jam, bread and juice. Who wants more than that?!
I stayed there for a week and I loved it. The only thing that was bad was my room slow WiFi, but it didn't bother me that much because it was excellent in the lobby. I will go back if I visit again.

Please make a separate smoking section. Chef khalid at magnolia was excellent. Magnolia staff need to be attentive to guests. My husband and I waited close to 30 minutes and had to ask the manager to get us a server. Sadia in the spa was very kind and informative. Gave us a personal tour. Servers in breakfast area with a view were impeccable. Great personalized service. Excellent experience overall. Great customer service.
