Excellent service! Very accommodating with excellent communications. Included breakfast was a plus served on the patio! Birds chirping the whole time. Would highly recommend!
Best place to stay for western Birmingham. Access to Dudley/black country; Ironbridge; Dudley Zoo; Birmingham botanical gardens; Cadbury World. Warwick Castle and Stratford on Avon not too far away. Plenty of parking. Easy access.
I visited family in Wolverhampton till late and didn't want to drive back to London. I found and book ELY HOUSE. I would check and tick all the boxes before l book any hotel.
I SLEPT LIKE A BABY.
This was our second stay at The Hundred House and once again they were utterly wonderful. It's a beautiful location, a stunning historical building, with faultless hospitality and exceptional food. The location is perfect for Ironbridge, the RAF museum at Cosford, or Telford itself, and compared to the prices of boring chain hotels in the area it is staggeringly good value. I'm sure we'll be back again in the future.
The Staybridge Suites Birmingham by IHG is ideally situated in the heart of the city, just a short walk from Birmingham New Street station. The hotel felt very safe, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Our room was spacious, well-designed, and impressively quiet. We stayed on the 12th floor, and were especially pleased with the room size, the comfort of the beds and pillows, and the effective air conditioning. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Super clean, helpful and friendly staff, lovely bar area, comfy beds and good temperature in room, warm and welcoming feel, great breakfast. Will definitely return. Really impressed!
Our family of four stayed here for 2 nights. We had rooms in an adjoining wing to the old manor house. It was very quiet, the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the spa facilities and beautiful indoor swimming pool. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms could use some minor repair - carpet, grout, paint, but that didn't interfere with our enjoyment of the New Hall. The breakfast was delicious and located in the old house. The reception staff was EXCELLENT - very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly....
Two minutes walk from the Bus Station (Digbeth), 5 minutes walk to Moor Street train station, 8 minutes walk to Birmingham New Street train station. Also, just a couple of minutes to the Bull Ring Shopping Center, not much further to China Town area or the Downtown including library, museums, seaquarium, canal boat tours, pubs (Old Crown just down the street opened in 1368), modern restaurants - Browns, Bills, Jamies, and even a Starbucks for those who must....
