This is easily one of my favorite trips to mexico. Veronica at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, as well as the servers, were all beyond amazing. I had the villa, which felt like literally, I was living in a one bedroom villa, and it was magical. I can't wait to go back.
It's a great property. It's a little bit off the beaten path. Ubers are pretty cheap from here. If you have done an all inclusive and are ready to step out a little bit into more of a real Mexico vibe without having to worry about safety concerns and the hustle of PV this is probably your place.
We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

We booked the room last minute after traveling all day. It was conveniently close to the airport. We hadn’t eaten all day and we ordered room service. They were quick and the food was great. We were very happy with our stay
I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean,and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach.Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.
Great property. Be aware you will need to speak Spanish to have a seemless experience, but English was spoken for those still practicing.
The deluxe suite was nice, but could use repair (Jacuzzi, leaking sink), more accurate pictures of the room, and a warning about noise. The street traffic is loud and earplugs are recommended. The AC worked well.

My son and I booked one week in November and we were absolutely pleased first and foremost with the staff, always so pleasant and eager to make our stay the most exceptional.
