I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean,and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach.Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. A Big Thank you Vallarta Live Hotel !

Nice hotel... but... they charge for everything! They add a 12.5% "service charge" on to everything... we did not know that prior to our trip... not happy about that. After traveling and vacationing for years in Mexico and tipping freely, I have a hard time not tipping... so in essence it just adds to the total cost and is kinds of like legalized theft in my opinion. The hotel was just fine but, that was a real negative for us.

My brother and I stayed at 1 hotel from December 6 through December 20th 2023. He had room 230, I had room 229. we really enjoyed our stay there for a lot of reasons. I've stayed at Villa La Estancia twice now and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The entire staff treats you like royalty and there isn't anything they won't do for you. For those that workout, there is a really nice gym (no charge). The spa is AMAZING. The pool area is huge and boasts two pretty good size pools. There is a swim-up bar and many more. If you are staying for a long period of time, their sister hotel next door (Flamingo) is within walking distance so you can dine there as well...

This is an amazing place, gorgeous house. Cachi and and his wife, Gaby, the owners, were so kind and ready to make anything happened. Irma the housekeeper/chef made great food and was very kind. If you are looking to relax in PV, this is a great place to stay at. We had a minor issue with the hot water in our reserved room which was quickly fixed but Cachi upgraded us to a big suite with better views and a jacuzzi. He was always ready to help, taxis came quickly and we even had masseuses come...
