"This place exudes charm and beauty. Excellent location and staff incredibly helpful as you expect from Relais et Château. Highly recommend."

"We had a fantastic and relaxing stay at the small, cozy and romantic hotel. The beds are good, the air conditioning works perfectly and it is possible to cool the room down, even on very hot days. The breakfast is with local cheeses and products. Delicious. The garden is cozy and with a lovely view of cows and the Pont de Normandie. The beautiful bridge over the Seine. The host couple are sweet and keen on you having a good stay. The hotel gets the best recommendation from here."

"Our room was expansive and the kingsized beds was comfortable as can be. An adjoining living room too! All the staff were as they say SUPER! Clean large bathroom. Hot water in the large bath. Yummy breakfast. Right in the middle of Honfleur. Best 2 nights ever! Merci beaucoup tous les gens at Hotel Absynthe! PS all the restaurants we went to were delicious and the Boudin museum was fabulous. Walking around to and from the city, along the river to the ocean, through gardens was such a treat!"

"A really, really nice stay. Spacious suite and super nice staff. Extra plus for the breakfast"

"In a quiet location, well situated for Motorways and Honfleur. I made good use of the pool 😎 Estelle & Guilllame were excellent hosts, offer a great breakfast to start each day. Enjoy"

"Nice modern hotel that was good for the price. Easy to find close to the motorway and was walking distance from Honfleur (about 30mins). Very easy parking, nice helpful staff. Breakfast was adequate and there is a bakery next door if we had chosen that option. The shopping outlet also has a couple of cafes. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we are in Honfleur. "Good value for money in central location. "

"We loved this place in the middle of beautiful Honfleur!!! I’ve already recommended it to my granddaughter ! I was worried when we got there because it is a self checkin with codes, etc. It would have been much better if I’d read my emails 😁 It has a very narrow and step staircase, and the building is old. It has been beautifully renovated and has kept its old world charm without neglecting its modern amenities. I highly recommend this charmer. "

"Great location, free parking and a 10 minute walk to Honfleur marina."
