Very nice hotel, and I would recommend it to anybody. In the morning you can enjoy a very nice breakfast. They also have free coffee machine 24/7. The one thing I would say is the laundry is little pricey. Other than that everything was satisfactory.
Very convenient and confortable hotel in one of the best areas of the city. Close to a massive shopping mall with several restaurants and stores. Service is on point, although a bit annoying to be scanned with a metal detector every time you come inside the property.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Ibis and would check them out at other locations. The breakfast was delicious! The only thing I would recommend is more vegetarian options please. Excellent hotel, the first touchpoint with hotel staff was very wellcoming, spacious and modern room. Complimentary breakfast was good, as expeted from a buffet. Surroundings of hotel are nice and few blocks away from trendy restaurants. On the first floor a very good and excellent priced restaurant ( very recognized chain restaurant in Colombia) with discounts for guests. Staff could be more corteous and customer-oriented. This was my first visit to Colombia. I’m so glad I stayed at Alko Nispero. I met the most friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Duvan who made my stay so welcoming and safe. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was getting to places safely, recommendations for food and overall was a great person to speak with.

Clean, modern, very comfortable apartment-like rooms, with kitchen, full refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. Also a living room like area next to kitchen and breakfast bar, and the bed on the other side of breakfast bar. Also a nice balcony to enjoy outside air and dining. I will stay here agin for sure when I next return to Cali. Excellent WiFi Internet access also, and free. Cooked to order breakfasts included, and can be served on the rooftop dining area or in our room.
I believe this hotel is estrategically well located. IT IS CLOSED TO THE BUSINESS AREA IN CALI. I believe i felt very safe in the neighborhood and the proximity of the chipichape mall makes thing easyer. Aver all it is a nice hotel with great services and the prices is very accessible. Good choice.
