"The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is top notch and bar is very good. The staff is very polite and helpful. Being at the mall is very convenient with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. We would highly recommend."
"I stay here sometimes and its worth the money. If you want something near a budget price. This place is good and i recommend it. You have restaurants and mall at a walking distance "
"El lugar acaba de reabrir las puertas y por eso tienen algunos temas operativos que están resolviendo, pero a cambio elmoersinal es excelente y está pendiente a resolver cualquier inconveniente... la verdad super amables y conscientes que al final es lo que un viajero necesita. Gracias a todo el personal"

Very nice property, friendly staff, breakfast is the best, everyday was different food.
I truly recommend this hotel for those who’s looking for a quiet stay.
Very nice hotel, and I would recommend it to anybody. In the morning you can enjoy a very nice breakfast. They also have free coffee machine 24/7. The one thing I would say is the laundry is little pricey. Other than that everything was satisfactory.
I truly enjoyed my stay at Ibis and would check them out at other locations. The breakfast was delicious! The only thing I would recommend is more vegetarian options please. Staff was super friendly, in fact the front desk staff helped me get medicine delivered for a migraine. My room was SO clean and I was so comfortable in it - when I look back on my stay there it's like a dream. I went solo to Cali and enjoyed the city, but always felt happy when I got back to the hotel. Like I was at my...
Very convenient and confortable hotel in one of the best areas of the city. Close to a massive shopping mall with several restaurants and stores. Service is on point, although a bit annoying to be scanned with a metal detector every time you come inside the property.
Smooth check in. Friendly staff. Clean room. Blazing hot water. Breakfast plentiful Five minute walk to mall, or area restaurants. WiFi suitable for Netflix movies. TV has multiple channels. Quiet street. Well stay again.
Excellent hotel, the first touchpoint with hotel staff was very wellcoming, spacious and modern room. Complimentary breakfast was good, as expeted from a buffet. Surroundings of hotel are nice and few blocks away from trendy restaurants. On the first floor a very good and excellent priced restaurant ( very recognized chain restaurant in Colombia) with discounts for guests. Staff could be more corteous and customer-oriented. Overall experience: great and recommended!
We loved this hotel! The rooms were good sized and very comfortable with great beds. Staff was excellent, all the time. And The Market restaurant was superb. Their breakfast buffet was huge, and sumptuous! Lunch & Dinner also excellent. And the location is within walking distance of many fine restaurants, some clubs, a huge and beautiful park and a modest size shopping mall with a La Catorce supermarket - where we bought drinks and snacks for our room. You can ask the hotel to not stock the...
Clean, modern, very comfortable apartment-like rooms, with kitchen, full refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. Also a living room like area next to kitchen and breakfast bar, and the bed on the other side of breakfast bar. Also a nice balcony to enjoy outside air and dining. I will stay here agin for sure when I next return to Cali. Excellent WiFi Internet access also, and free. Cooked to order breakfasts included, and can be served on the rooftop dining area or in our room.
