"We had a great one night stay. Everything was clean and comfortable and the rooms are very spacious and take you back in time. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the wonderful breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day. They even cater especially to kids with an activity chest. It is easy to walk to the theater and museums and market and the hotel’s access to shopping gives you everything you could need."

I loved the Aubrey Hotel, it's two large houses turned into a boutique hotel with great style and very intimate feel to the back terrace and the piano bar. The staff made the trip extra special. We had a wonderful time in Santiago, partially due to our accommodations. The location is most convenient to attractions as well as the metro should you want to navigate the city. The homemade breads each morning were scrumptious and the overall selection was extensive. The beds were comfy and the rooms were stylish. The staff speaks English which was a huge help when planning the days activities. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!!
Not only is this a beautiful boutique hotel, the staff is amazing! I usually stay in hostel’s when I travel abroad, but I’d had enough. If you’re traveling solo, you never feel alone here. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The management is amazing , the concierge is attentive, the restaurant staff and housekeeping are all great. The area is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, activities, and public transportation. I highly recommend!
Staff were great and the hotel was very clean. What I didn’t like was lake of available snacks and drinks for purchase and that I had to make airport pickup reservations 48 hours in advance. Word of advise the printed receipt that is give upon entry to Chile by immigration and customs must be shown with the passport to be able to stay at this hotel. We had stayed on Easter island for some time and couldn’t find the receipt. Lucky for us my wife had hers.
I had a wonderful 3 night stay here. It was soo quiet and peaceful. Every afternoon I would open the window and enjoy the sun and nice breeze. The bed was very comfortable and great hot shower. The room was big and clean and the breakfast nice. Staff was excellent. I would stay here again and again! Thanks so much!
The airport shuttle is a big reason why we selected this hotel. Good breakfast. There is a restaurant on site, but to go elsewhere for food you will need an Uber or taxi.
Clean, classic hotel with great service. Very convenient to central city sights, but also on the fringe of a sketchy neighborhood. Unfortunately the locals choose to express their selves with lots of graffiti along the streets, which distracts from the charm of the hotel and area.
Hotel Bonaparte is my home away from home. The front desk reception personnel are so friendly, professional and courteous. Same goes to the personnel in restaurant, bar and housekeeping.

This place is a bit over the price you'd pay for (mostly aparthotels) places in this area but it is way more upscaled and high quality compared to these places.
