"방도 넓고 깨끗하고 근처에 시티센터까지 걸어가기도 좋아요 다만 상점이 10분정도 걸어가야 됩니다. 다른건 모두 만족했습니다"

"The place looks exactly as it's photographed. It's a lovely, brand new build with excellent design. Juan, the host, is easy to communicate with and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Would stay here again if we return. Thoroughly enjoyed our suite with a fridge and kitchen so that we could store some drinks. Gracias!"

"Until now, I had not written a review of a hotel, and felt this time was important to do. Cleanliness is very important to me and my husband, and our room was immaculate. The owner was extremely kind, and went out of his way to help. We had made reservations at the last minute, after having a negative experience with a vacation rental. It was such a relief, walking into Hotel Seranata, and be greeted with such positive energy."

"Great hotel, stylish and modern. Great location. Has parking for your car, and you can leave your car there as the traffic is heavy in Merida, especially on those narrow streets in the old town. Breakfast is good. Hotel is very quiet and you can relax by the pool. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are large and beautiful. Staff is very helpful."
