The room was just what we wanted, with two twin beds. The wi-fi worked easily, and the bathroom was very up-scale. The lounge felt welcoming, which expanded the size of our living space. We loved the breakfast, which was both professionally put together and personalized. We felt welcomed by the hosts, who gave us excellent directions and suggestions. A very pleasant stay!

We only had a short stay at the Ship Leopard hotel being a transit from train to the morning ferry. The hotel is perfectly located immediately across the street from the train station, but offered so much more. Surrounded by great restaurants, historic sites, and shopping, it turned out to be the perfect location for our visit to Portsmouth Harbor. The hotel itself is very comfortable with a friendly staff and good amenities. The room was comfortable and made for a nice stay.

This hotel had a great location near the ferry and bus station. and welcoming staff. I had a single room, which was very small but adequate. It would’ve been nice to have a shelf by the sink or in the shower for toiletries. No place to put soap or shampoo. Something so simple would’ve made my stay so much better.
Stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Had 2 excellent evening meals in the Brasserie. Spa treatments need to be booked in advance. There was no availability for my wife in our stay. However, used the spa pool and hot rooms after a day's long walk (Freshwater Bay well recommended for this) which were excellent.
