The location is excellent. We walked to the lion monument and to the lake. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious and because it was on the 5th floor, the views were spectacular.
Staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional…especially Daniel.

We had a fantastic room on the third floor with a view of the beautiful lake. The staff were extremely pleasant especially checking in and out. The breakfast was very good and so fresh. Tea and coffee plentiful as with croissants and all other quality breakfast items. The beds are super comfortable and room spacious. Will definitely be coming again.
The hotel thought of every little detail. On arrival, one could have a cool drink. In the room they had all sort of things to make tea or coffee. there was a bathrobe, slippers. great towels. the bed was very comfortable

Absolutely amazing stay. Didnt try out the spa but this was an amazing hotel. I believe it was a little slow so the staff upgraded me to a room that faced the lake. Breathtaking views. Anything in the mini fridge is free of charge and breakfast is included. All things that really matter when traveling in an expensive country. Would highly, highly recommend.
We had a very agreeable stay. The staff were especially knowledgeable and helpful. The area of the hotel known as "Hermann's Wohnzimmer" was a very pleasant place to sit and work with a laptop. The location is a little bit away from the touristy areas, which for us was ideal.

This is a wonderful historical property that has been recently renovated and is currently in great shape. The room and common areas are tastefully decorated with color and charm, and the fixtures are up to date and modern. It sits on a hillside above the town, but there is a dedicated elevator (furnicular) that leads directly from the street to the property. The views and privacy of the location are amazing, and there is a cozy lobby bar with couches and a 5-star view overlooking the town. ...

The room was really spacious and had an awesome lake view. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They give you a free bus pass to use during your stay. You get on right out front and it takes you to the city center or train station in about 15 minutes. Very easy and convenient. After a day of sightseeing it was nice to come back to our room, make some hot tea, and slip into a cozy robe and slippers. Hotel Marta was in the perfect location! Walking distance from the train and right near all the restaurants and stores. It was still very quiet in the room at night. The room was small and minimalistic but we didn’t spend much time in the room so it was fine.The staff was very friendly and helpful, they let us check in prior to official time. The breakfast was vegetarian; yogurt, toast, cereals, fruit, etc. I would definitely recommend hotel Marta!
