Elegant old hotel, high level of service. Breakfasts were wonderful with lots of options. We were on the first floor so view was good but I’m sure upper floors have amazing views.
We had a noise issue, with an old radiator that needed to be bled on occasion or it made a loud jackhammer sound in the wall of our room. Happened twice, once early in the morning. Staff took care of it promptly but it was annoying. But it is a very old place.
Absolutely incredible place to stay. The rooms were top notch, the extras amazing, and to top it off I had the best steak of my life in the highly-rated attached restaurant! Would totally recommend this hotel and restaurant to anybody and surely visit again. Beautiful location on the Ring of Kerry.
I had a really great time staying in Dromid. The hostel is basic but clean, and the area is beautiful. Staff was very nice and helpful. Right next door is the Inny tavern, a lovely spot for a pint.
By far my favorite place I’ve ever stayed in Ireland or America. Absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous views, lovely kitchen, the house was an amazing size. We had 3 adults and we all had amazing space. But this could easily fit 4-5 people. Everything was super accessible and we were taken care of for any situation. The host was super lovely as we met her upon arrival.
