This tourist class Peruvian hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable, and close to the airport. At USD$37.00 per night, the price is very reasonable. They offered (and I accepted) a ride from the airport (the driver met me at baggage claim with a placard bearing my name) for USD$10.00 each way — which I thought was very reasonable. Returned to stay six nights in February 2020 because of a very positive experience at the B&B in 2018. The neighborhood is lovely and safe. There's plenty of shopping and eats within a short walking distance. The best feature is Martin, the friendly proprietor. He always goes all the way to make your plans in Lima work without issues. Very highly recommend the B&B for one night or an extended stay.

We, three older women friends, found this hostel conveniently located to the Lima Airport and after 30 hours of travelling, it was the perfect spot to spend one night before flying out of Lima the following day. They were prompt in confirming our reservation and providing round trip transport from the airport for $20USD for all of us. Found a great small restaurant within easy walking distance, too!

A simple room with a shared bath, but clean & comfortable. I came to get a few hours sleep between flights and had to leave at 3am to go back to the airport. I was blown away by the service! I received a text message with clear directions, warning me about taxi scams (which I've experienced before in Lima). And the owner woke up at 3am to make sure I got safely in my taxi. So sweet! I will use this lodging again.
