We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. "Sun city Cabanas far exceeded our expectations. Great value for money with a superb buffet, cooked breakfast included. Rooms were nice and grounds immaculate. Activities available were very good and just a walk around golf course on paths was beautiful. Dorah at concierge before and during visit was amazing. Highly recommend a stay here."

We had an incredible stay at Umoya Lodge in Pilanesberg and couldn’t recommend it more. The game drives were absolutely amazing, made even more special by our ranger, Rassie, who was knowledgeable, passionate, and a joy to spend time with. We saw so much wildlife and every drive felt like a true safari adventure.

The service staff was amazing. Had I gone just to relax it would have been an excellent place to stay. However, I was disappointed with the two daily safari trips we went on for we saw very few animals. the Park recently had a huge fire and i believe the animals must have left or perished.
The property was beautiful, what you got with the pride of the room was incredible, we could not believe a morning and evening safari , breakfast , and dinner . We did run into a problem with other guest creating noise and I wish that the hotel would have let the quest know that they were disturbing our peace , the assistant manager was incredibly understanding and worked with us to resolve and compensate us for the inconvenience. I will still say it was one of the most beautiful park ,...
Mbazo is a magical place with the amazing staff and attention to detail. The food is beyond amazing with fantastic drinks. Every single staff member is smiling and looking to make your stay at the resort perfect. The rooms are beyond fantastic and the safari experiences with Philip our guide were beyond what we could imagine. We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to come back again soon!
Our room was clean , comfortable and attractive. view from our balcony was spectacular! Every staff member was highly professional and made us feel safe while so near to lions, rhinos, hippos and elephants. the food was quite delicious and plentiful. Staff was informative, friendly and always eager to help. I hated to leave and will always have fond memories of Tshukudu Lodge.
We stayed one week-end and enjoyed the early morning safari ( we saw 4 of the big 5), the dinner at the bush, including a superb african live music.
We also enjoyed the facilities: spa + pool. We look forward to go again soon.
The woman who cleans the rooms hung out my laundry to dry and folded it while we were out for the day! I was astonished. Staff were flexible with our late check in and serve a large breakfast that kept us going until dinner.
Great room and value for the stay. Loved the sound of birds in the morning and evening. This property is part of the Sun City resort area, aka it’s all safe and walkable. Breakfast buffet was top notch, too.
Great room, clean sheets and towels, but it would be great that before guests arrive they should have the fridge on and also provide an iron and enough utensils.
