"Well maintained property near the highway and excellent attentive staff"

"Great hotel & roof top restaurant "

"Five star service before the check in and during the stay helping out with itineraries, airport pick up, cab to Darjeeling etcetera. Binita in the reception is a star! The rooms are clean, super spacious with a great bed and hot shower. The breakfast is good - buffet and eggs made to order - but not overwhelming. Super friendly staff at the restaurant as well. Plenty of other places to eat on the same street."

"Excellent, brand new property in Siliguri. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Courteous staff. Breakfast spread was broad, with lots of items. Definitely staying there again on my next trip."

"Good location and staffs are friendly "

"Excellent hotel. Very clean, modern and great reception staff. We were very happy with the rooms. We stayed one night as were passing onto Darjeeling. The evening meal in the roof top restaurant was a great experience. Very good food. Wonderful resturant staff. I would recommend this hotel for their service, high standards and great staff"

"It was fine for an overnight stay. The neighborhood was sketchy, and I was afraid to walk outside alone. Luckily, you can order and get room service! The toilet in shower was down the hall."

It was good being away from the hustle and Brussel. The main problem was that I had booked a room which had two double beds, because I was travelling with a young friend. When I got there there was only one bed in the room. I race this with the front desk, but as my friend was not arriving until the next day, I...

"First and foremost, I highly rate the staff as they were very friendly and helpful. Subham, the property manager, was extremely helpful and really went out his way to look after us, such as calling reliable taxis after we had two major setbacks (which didn't relate to the hotel I'll add). Partha Dutta on reception was very friendly and such a nice guy, Palash Nath in the restaurant/bar provided such a great service, as well as the rest of the team. On the topic of restaurant & bar, it is very...
