We rented a two bedroom unit (really two one bedroom units connected by a short hallway) with our 21 year-old triplets. It was a perfect setup for us. This property was beautiful. Had a great time. Just be aware that there is a free shuttle into town that is not ran by the resort but by a jewelry store. When they get you into town they take you directly to the store. Try and sell you things. Before you can leave for your shopping in town.

We spent 4 nights at La Hibiscus. Really enjoyed everything about it. Florian gave us a free upgrade to the Jasmine suite. Large, comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom. Great terrace for sunning and looking at the mountains. We had the pool to ourselves which we loved. Very hands off approach by management which meant great privacy which we like. Only 5 minutes to Orient Beach….great choice of restaurants including a couple of breakfast places. Will definitely come back. FYI….renting a car...
The honesty of staff, I left my safe unlocked and our housekeeper reported it to security. They came in and secured our valuables and assigned a new code. Which was then retrieved directly from security. The overall attentiveness of staff at front desk was also great for a speedy check in.
Super unique property, far enough away from big touristy areas. Mike and Fawnette was amazing hosts and catered to every need. Beach front with chairs for quests, quiet beach and great hosts- will stay here again!!
This is the perfect place to have an ocean view room that is beautifully done. The hotel doesn’t offer a ton of amenities, but it’s in a great location on a beautiful beach. Come here to enjoy time with a partner, have access to beach restaurants and activities and rent a car to explore the island. Our concierge, Junior, was amazing and saved us by getting our passports to us after we had already arrived to the airport!

Been going to St. Martin for over 30 years. We have stayed at many, many different accommodations but, Commodore Suites is probably the best "value" we have ever found on the island. It has it all; great roof top view, super friendly staff, clean rooms, and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

My wife and I loved this place. It was smaller and quieter than your typical hotel or resort. This hotel deserves all the positive reviews. I read the few negatives reviews and worried it might be too small and downtrodden. Between booking and arrival and I was delighted to find the resort was small, provincial and homey-in a GOOD way!

Had a short staycation here (I live in Anguilla) and I loved it. Originally booked it because the description said there was a bathtub, which turned out to be false (discussed with the hotel via text beforehand) and considered cancelling but I'm so glad I kept the reservation. Great location close to the airport, bus route, beach, supermarket, several restaurants, and great property overall.
