"We had an amazing stay at this hotel — it was truly more than our expectations. From start to finish, everything was excellent. The facilities were outstanding, very well maintained, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The restaurants were fantastic, with great variety and quality of food. What really made our experience special was the incredible staff. A heartfelt thank you to Hind and Joe for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We would also like to thank Hussam at the bar, who was friendly, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable. In fact, all the staff deserve recognition — everyone was helpful, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We look forward to returning again!"

"Loved everything and every moment spent there. The staff the 3 bedroom unit was more than we expected. The shuttle service. Their Moroccan tea was delicious so was the La Pailotte restaurant was excellent with great food choices and reasonably priced. "

"Friendly helpful staff. I don't think there is need to clean the floors so much. Was worried about falling. And no need to clean floor during meal time but I can see why. Food was so good and varied. Great activities for everyone..pool maybe to be a bit warmer in colder months. Will highly recommend and return. "

"Breakfast was more delicious than I expected. The service was excellent, the staff were kind, friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We did experience an issue with the shower in our room, but the team handled it thoughtfully and compensated us in a way that truly made us feel well taken care of. Although some of the facilities may feel a bit unconventional, this is completely understandable given the desert setting. Overall, the food was fresh and the service was consistently very good. Recommended if you want to have a desert experience! "

"We had a wonderful stay at We Agafay. We visited to celebrate our son’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. We requested room decoration with balloons and flowers, and they did an amazing job—especially with the beautifully arranged dessert room. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, and they arranged music and performances that added a lovely festive touch to the celebration. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool as we visited in December, but it looks like it would be an incredible experience during the summer months. Overall, a memorable stay and definitely worth a visit."
