The place was delightful! The room was elegant-even had a terry cloth bathrobe and slippers! The included breakfast was delicious and the library bar was so comfortable. The bartender made an excellent aperol spritzer. I’d go back in a minute!
A very nice and quiet hotel I strongly recommend. Clean, comfortable, quiet with friendly staff and good restaurant. If a family, I really recommend you rent one of the apartments. Very spacious with all amenities and a very nice kitchen and salon. Perfect for a few days in Bratislava. Located in a very calm area about 20 minutes walking distance from the old city. Not a problem if you dont mind walking a bit. Or there still is UBER.
This was one of my favorite places that I've ever stayed. Everyone on the staff was polite and genuinely nice. Some of them didn't speak any English and used Google translate to communicate and it was fun and they weren't upset about it at all. The housekeeping was amazing for an apartment. I had never been to Slovakia. Because it was so close to Vienna, we decided to check it out. It was such a wonderful little town outside the main city of Bratislava. The people at the hotel and in the city were warm and helpful, even though we could not speak Slovakian! With a little German and hand gestures, we were easily able to communicate. There is beautiful hiking near the hotel and a lovely festival was happening down the street. It was wonderful! We will definitely return to explore...
