We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Carpathia. It was right on the main street of Sinaia and between a 5-10 minute walk to any of the restaurants in the town. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and our room was comfortable and quiet. We kept our windows open to cool the room. Also, be careful in the shower, as we found that water tended to spill out onto the floor. We found a terrific guide in Sorin Popescu, a cab driver who provided us with a terrific...
