"I came to Cebu for business. Having a quality internet connection is vital to me. Seda has very good internet. The rooms are good. Food very good. Location perfect if you want to go to the Alsya Mall. It’s a direct walk without crossing any streets.

"The workers on the porperty overall were super helpful and nice. The property is what you would expect for what you are paying for nothing fancy just the basics.. abiut 20 channels and the tv who constantly repeated the same shows for the 5 days i was there.. the sorrounding area is ok to walk during the day but at night i would not recommend overall a very basic stay."
