The way everything is structured and set up to cater to the guest was spectacular. From the amenities to the timely fashion of the staff to the cleanliness and comfort, everything we just incredible and I give it a 10/10. Amity who was assigned to me was absolutely wonderful.
Great staff! They're all extremely nice and lovely;) however, all inclusive is not 'ALL' inclusive... It's quite a wrong name - you have no cocktails included ;(((
But there is great food and excursions are also really nice. For fans of snorkeling it is the right place to visit!;) you have the reef basically everywhere around the island.
The photographs do not do this property justice. The rooms and ocean views are amazing. The staff was extremely friendly. If you are a foodie this may not be the property for you. The all inclusive / full board option included breakfast, lunch and dinner at specified times (not all day as you like). In room dining is offered, but is not included in the all inclusive / full board package, and the pricing for food is high. There are also only two locations for food: one on the “main island” where...
A great anniversary trip. Greater by hotel at airport with sign. If taking water plane, make sure luggage total 20kg per person. Additional charges may apply. Over the water bungalow just like photos. Limited food and drinks were great with DAI package. Tropical area. May rain a little but weather was still 80 plus degrees. This was a trip for the books!
Amazing experience from start to finish. Well organized registration. Great butler service. Amazing room and staff throughout were friendly without ever being overbearing. Great island for families to bike about and explore.
