We stayed one week in the "Super Cute" two-bedroom suite. The rooms were high quality, comfortable, and immaculate. The staff (housekeeping, front desk, restaurant, and excursion) were all fantastic and detail-oriented.
We ate nearly all our meals at the Benha restaurant on site, where everyone could find something they liked.

All the staff are incredibly kind and courteous. Airport transit was flawless, and very easy. Stayed in the Samaan Suite. Bed was comfortable. Had room service every night, so the food is definitely reliable, they also ask about dietary restrictions at check in, and were happy to make dishes according to our needs.
