This is hotel is in a great location and about your average holiday inn, however their staff members are probably the most accommodating and politeness I've ever experienced. BUNNY, THONG, HONGLY, THET, went out of their ways to insured I had the best stay. Their knowledge of the city and honesty is definitely worth a stay. I will definitely stay again.
The breakfast was really good lots of options. The staff was kind. The hotel room was clean, expect the showers did have black stuff around the rims of the shower. Bring ear plugs the city is loud. The view from the balcony was amazing.
If you have not stayed at The Sunway, you're missing one of the truly legendary experiences in Phnom Penh. Often overlooked by tourists and travelers, Phnom Penh really is the heart and soul of Cambodia. Folks rush through in a hasty day then continue to Angkor Wat, etc.

The staff was very nice and the cafe on the ground floor was both convenient and delicious! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Phnom Penh!
Has an elevator, hot water, decent breakfast, great staff. Shower is western style; that is, behind a glass door and not over the toilet. Nice wide screen TV, good WiFi, bed is a little stiff for my taste, but OK. Always ask the rate for a taxi or tuk tuk before you get in, same for laundry. Be careful of people wanting to share a ride, they are usually lying about why they want to get in with you.
If you miss Western things, go to Aeon Mall, a $3 tuk tuk from the hotel. Bowling, ice...
Just a one night stay for me, but the staff was exceptionally friendly, the room was clean and well appointed, and the location was perfect for airport convenience. Extensive and free breakfast offered, and a nice, new, clean property. Highly recommend!
Older hotel with large rooms. Hotel is situated near the palace and National Museum but far enough away from the noisy tourist end of Sisowath Quay. Attentive staff, good buffet breakfast. Great pool and gym.
