Dobry hotel, spełniający wymagania rodzin z dziećmi. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Są jednak drobne wady, jak na hotel przygotowany dla rodzin z dziećmi. 1) Brak windy do podnóża hotelu. Trzeba pokonać kilkadziesiąt schodów, a będąc z dziećmi w wózku iść dookoła drogą dla samochodów bez chodnika. 2) Jak na tak duży hotel, basen jest zdecydowanie za mały i nie ma brodzika dla dzieci.
Really enjoyed the location. The buffet breakfast was good. The best part was the fact you can have omelets made to order. House keeping was excellent. The bed and water pressure were great. Enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas and dining.
I took my parents to Kezmarok and needed a big room, so we booked the junior suite. It was rather spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the hotel courtyard and the Tatras. The hotel is atmospheric -a series of old homes/businesses that are now connected. This gives the hallways a bit of a byzantine effect, but I thought it added to the property's character. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is about as centrally located as it can be in Kezmarok. Able to easily walk to everything....
Staff was very helpful. They called several companies to get a taxi for me that would accept card payments. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful selection.
Everything about this hotel was amazing. The receptionist (possibly the owner) was very helpful and informative. She sounded like she's from Britain. There was another lady who was there and she spoke German. So if you can communicate in either Slovak, English, or German, you're pretty much set. The hotel has its own curbside parking in the front. Nice room, friendly hotel, good price. Quiet area but to be expected in the town. Very helpful staff both in the evening and the morning. Rooms 3 flights up with no elevator which was a bummer but welcome to europe. Overall it was nice.
At the end of a mountain road, this is a nice quiet getaway. Loved our deck. Excellent service, American-style rooms. Didn't use spa but sure looked nice.
Hotel Pegaz will always stay in our memories. Lovely place, super cool and professional staff. Perfect location for anything: romantic gateway or broken heart therapy.:)
