The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were all pleasant and polite. The breakfast options were generous, with choices for all types of eaters and the coffee was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

I took my parents to Kezmarok and needed a big room, so we booked the junior suite. It was rather spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the hotel courtyard and the Tatras. The hotel is atmospheric -a series of old homes/businesses that are now connected. This gives the hallways a bit of a byzantine effect, but I thought it added to the property's character. Everything about this hotel was amazing. The receptionist (possibly the owner) was very helpful and informative. She sounded like she's from Britain.
