The hotel is great. Rooms are big modern and clean, the view of the lake is fantastic , and the staff is excellent. It is however a bit of a walking and 15 min of public transport to go to Zurich so may not be the most convenient place to stay if you want to spend a lot of time in Zurich..
Hotel is beautiful from outside. Room was not big, but not too small like some in the old town. Switzerland has a great train system. Being right across from the Luzern main train station with buses and trains access to nearby scenery.
We stayed in the Junior Suite and it offered a nice layout for a family of 4. The location walkable to the Old Town and there was a delicious restaurant in the building.

Great to have a tram stop right in front, but also was an easy and beautiful walk over the footbridge crossing the Limmat and through the Platzspitz park to the Hauptbahnhof. It is a quirky small hotel, as evidenced by the level door on an angled hill street. The room is small (minimalist) but the beds are nice and comfortable. A/C works great. Making up for the quirkiness of the hotel is that it is very conveniently located to the Zürich HB, without the noise. I would stay here again. For Zürich hotels, the price is reasonable.

I really enjoyed my time at Harry’Home Hotel,very clean, cozy, nicely decorated.I stayed in December and they had very nice Christmas decoration.Is a quiet place even though the train passes by very close to the property I didnt hear ANYTHING.Very convenient location with an Aldi grocery store just across the street.Overall, I loved it!

The property is expensive, but in many ways worth it. Always a taxi available. Taxi to airport approx $60 (US currency) each way or you can make your way to the train station (10 min walk). The check in process was easy. The hotel is in a great location, off the public tranportation line, close to a grocery store and a wonderful Italian restaurant next door.
My room was clean, comfortable and had what I needed. The hotel offered a gym which was great.
