We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Switzerland trip. We arrived around 11 am and we were able to check in early. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping etc but it also wasn’t loud at night as we slept with the window opened every night. The hotel was very easy to get to from Zurich Banhoff train station. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel looked very new and was very clean. The room was very spacious, and was the best out of the five I stayed in during my time in Switzerland. The bathroom had a tub complete with a rubber duck! The bed was very comfortable including the pillows. The heating was adequate, and could be adjusted. The breakfast was incredible and tasty.
