"1. Friendly staff, 2. Great Buffet breakfast with multiple items, 3. Convenient location"

"The hotel is located conveniently. Various restaurants are all walking distance. The staffs cleans room every day. Every morning breakfast is provided at room. Overall I like the place."

"This was perhaps the best hotel I’ve stayed in in Pune. The rooms are spacious, well laid out, clean and have exceptional amenities. Plenty of power plugs with international outlets. Spacious bathrooms with rain shower. Great room service. 2 restaurants. Pool and gym."

"As a former Pune native, this is my go-to place to stay when I visit. It is centrally located, especially close to Old City - the Peths, Deccan and so on. The amenities are lovely. It is a quiet oasis in the middle of a noisy and crowded city. The two restaurants, in-house spa, pool, and incredible front desk and concierge services make it all wonderful. My extended family usually stays with me at the hotel."

"The staff is really good and friendly. They are warm and remembered me from the past stays. They are very helpful and willing to accommodate needs. The breakfast is excellent. The location is walkable to many restaurants and shopping places. Will stay there again."

"Old property but well maintain .. good for short trips "

"Comfortable and cozi, thanks for such a great hospitality, specially by Mr. Naushir. Love the Aloo Pratha Breakfast."

"There is renovation and construction work going on inside the property. It is extremely noisy and dusty. My stay was terrible."

"Good food and nice service. But ambience and neighborhood is not appreciable. It is in a narrow lane. Old building. But it is good for a day or two."

Even though we checked in early 10:00am, they welcomed and immediately accommodated us, even accepted the request to serve the brake fast 😊, everyone was so friendly and welcoming in the hotel. If you are planing to stay do try out the breakfast, even though it’s paid but very minimum charge for the...

"Excellent location in the heart of Pune. Comfortable and convenient."

"Most everything was ok with a few exceptions. Water heater needs to be larger capacity. Front desk can be more responsive to customer needs. Certain amenities for drying clothes after using on-site washer needs to be provided to customer. Breakfast options should be provided to customer instead of whatever is on the menu for the day. English cable channels should be provided along with a list of available channels, it is too much work to go through channels and search for English language...
