"We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. "In the centre of Camp the Residency Club makes a good base and benefits from some good outside space in an otherwise busy town. As a 3 star budget friendly hotel I happily spent 6 days here in one of the small 'Studio', which was more than sufficient for a single traveller, especially as there was the outside and other public areas to use.
