Stay in Gros Morne
10/10 Excellent
"Cabin was roomy and had a partial view of the harbor. Easy to find."
Ocean View Hotel
8/10 Good
"Our room, the junior suite was perfect and the bed and linens were comfy. Our window looked out on the ocean which was nice but also the parking lot so if curtains were open, it wasn’t as private. Staff were all lovely and helpful."
Drift Ashore House
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful view!"
Buoy & Arrow Restaurant and Suites
8/10 Good
"Spacious, clean and centrally located."
Wildflowers Country Inn
8/10 Good
"Lovely private cottage completely finished in knotty pine. Scrupulously clean throughout. Nice large bathroom with great shower. Lots of fluffy towels. Comfortable king sized bed with good pillows. Nice sitting area with TV and couch and chair. The only suggestion is that the good sized fridge lacked ice cube trays and an ice bucket. Also if you visit in hot months (do they exist in Newfoundland?) the windows open to the Main Street so you might have some traffic noise that was no issue for us in September."
The Candlelight Inn
10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed a few lovely days in Gros Morne recuperating from rainy hikes in the Candlelight Inn. Our room was very comfortable, and the common kitchen and living room were filled with helpful instructions and amenities. Breakfasts were self serve but included a great assortment of food."
