"Alaide Baltazar consierge office for above beyond her duty to make sure we are comfortable and enjoy beautiful sounding area here.Also, she upgrade our room from first level to ground floor because my wife has a limited mobility. Cesar front desk help us arrange taxi to Chichen itza night show to and return, he make sure taxi come to pick up when show end, this is very important thing I want mention. if he does not ask same taxi for return. There won't be taxi of this hour.room we stay very clean, comfortable king bed."

She give bevarage complement ticket, up grade our room ground level because my wife has a mobility limited condition, Hotel very clean in and out. quiet we relax during stay. Choice of healthy breakfast cook on order. we are vey happy during 3 days stay."

"This is a historic building with a lot of charm and character- as such, there may be occasional issues but these were always acted upon immediately Beds very comfortable, excellent level of cleaning, very good breakfast with a wide choice of cooked dishes Lovely to eat under the veranda- staff very friendly and helpful Gabriel the manager is an absolute asset to the hotel - can not do enough to help and make sure you have everything you need The restaurant/ bar is very good - limited choice (they’d run out of wine!) but handy to have something on site if you don’t want to go into town "
