The staff & ownership of Casa Joseph clearly put a lot of thought, energy, and care into this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here - the food was absolutely delicious (and generally reasonably priced), especially the breakfast. Very clean, well maintained property. Personalized service from a very friendly staff. Steps from the beach, cafes close by. Taxi service was readily available for Zicatela Beach and La Punta locations. Air conditioned bedrooms upstairs with a nice, private plunge pool. We received a very helpful list of recommended local restaurants and establishments. The manager was quick to respond via WhatsApp if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay here!

The best service I’ve ever had in a hotel - anywhere. My husband and I arrived sick - they literally walked us to our room, called doctors, brought us water and bread (the only thing we could keep down), and frequently checked on us. We healed quickly with their help. Another plus - individually controlled AC. We were able to have a very cold room to heal and relax in. Also get the rooftop massages, book in advance.
