"Okay rooms, found small ants in the bathroom. Staff was okay, you have to go out and ask for help. Just an okay visit for what I pay for which was $160. You have to pay around $120 deposit just to have access to the mini bar which was weird to me, couldn’t keep my own cold drinks cold. Free coffee was good and the free water they gave me. No room service was a bummer but it was due to the holiday and restaurant being busy. Balcony was closed at the time due to the festival, need a reservation which suck because I got this place for that reason. I would check ahead of time to make sure you can use this area before booking. Compare to any hotel I’ve been at in the USA for that price range. I’d say it was worth it just for how cool it look inside the lobby and how close you are to downtown. Definitely would recommend once, but wouldn’t say there long. Overall I give it a 7.5/10"

"Great experience olace us very clean, central, parking accessible and food was good. Restaurant service is very slow since they only has one waiter but she was friendly. There's no blowdryer or iron on premises."

"Friendly welcome and very quick and easy check in. The hotel itself is very basic with the rooms laid out around a nice courtyard/garden. The included breakfast is some fruit OR juice and coffee, anything else is an additional purchase cooked to order (we didn’t try this as we decided to try elsewhere). The room we were in had a bathroom on the ground floor and then the sleeping area was up some very steep and narrow stairs with no railing/bannister… not for the faint hearted or infirm that’s for sure! The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well but the WiFi was extremely unreliable. Lovely town with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to try. "
