The property, the food, the drinks, the staff were all perfect! I would note that it's the perfect get away if you want a remote location. There is 1 restaurant down the hill (on the beach) and 1 pizza place (100 peso taxi drive or walk able about 15 min). There is no cell service so you are at the mercy of the wifi signal on the property. Also, be sure bring cash because the closest ATM is at the airport. **the property does accept CC but other places in area do not.
Beautiful property. Only feedback is that the water pressure and shower drainage is not great. If you maximize the shower head there will be a ton of water overflow in your bathroom.
Other than that, this place is amazing.
We stayed in the Zipolite Suite and enjoyed it. The staff were nice and friendly and the meals in the restaurant were very good. Lounging at the pool for a day was a treat. It is a nice area, easy to access.
Immersed in the sandy jungle of Cuatunalco/Salchi, expect lush nature and comfort. Walking distance to some beautiful beaches. Comfortable beds a great plus and simple kitchen to cook meals. My only suggestion is to have some kitchen towels for guests. Otherwise an excellent and comfortable stay. Will return!
Very relaxed hotel on a beautiful, isolated beach, great for disconnecting. The waves at the beach were too rough to swim during our stay, but still beautiful to watch and relax. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, they organized taxis and tours to nearby towns and beaches. Food at the restaurant was excellent.

We loved the property and friendly staff. The lower pool should be for adults only as kids get too loud and you can’t relax. Also, we went to the lobby to check out at 6am but we had to wait about 10 minutes while our taxi was waiting for us as the lobby attendant had to go do a walkthrough the room to make sure the room was okay. This made us feel very uncomfortable. I forgot to mention the food at the restaurant was awesome and servers excellent!

Had a pleasent stay. Had a standard room and it was pretty large. The pool was great and had chairs you can use. Walkable to nearby towns and down the street from the beach.
The hotel is located at the top of the hill with a beautiful view of the bay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant served excellent food at an affordable price. The pool was clean and inviting. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill, but is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach or downtown. We recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway or family gathering. Super secluded and chill place, the most comfortable bed, friendly and efficient staff, a beautiful lending library and delicious food at reasonable prices.
The resort and its employees were excellent. However a taxi that the hotel requested took us to a two stores of his choosing that charged ridiculous prices. He refused to take us to a store of our choosing citing “lack of quality “ at the other stores. The shirt my wife overpaid for was of terrible quality and shoddy workmanship.
