This is a really nice apartment in a nice neighborhood. The beds are comfortable and the apartment was very clean and well-appointed. The washer/dryer in the apartment was a great touch. Highly recommend.

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again,

The hotel had a convenient location, close to train from Haneda to Shinagawa and to buses. The breakfast was included and offered a variety of good food. I enjoyed the freshly baked pastries.
Check in is a bit late, but their front desk is very helpful.
You can leave your baggage there in storage lockers until you check in so you can go sight seeing until check in. They also provide free buffet breakfast with an amazing spread. The monorail station is close by so it’s very convenient. The area didn’t seem crowded and traffic seemed light.
The apartment was clean, cane with everything we needed. The pocket wifi was an absolute life saver when our xell phones wouldn't work. They were in good contact times with me, and even told me i forgot a pair of socks. A+.
Room was small but clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and efficient. Hotel was slightly out of the hustle and bustle which provided a needed respite from the craziness of Shinjuku - though it was an easy walk to get to nightlife options. Definitely recommend the hotel - it was relatively inexpensive as well.
Our family of 4 (two teens, two adults) had a great stay. Loved the efficient use of bunk beds, and in-room kitchenette and washer dryer were an added bonus. The rooftop terrace was a great place to enjoy the complimentary coffee and ease into the day.
I always stay at Sotetsu Fresa Takadanobaba whenever I'm in Tokyo, and for good reason. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Takadanobaba Station, which connects to the JR Yamanote, Seibu Shinjuku, and Tozai Lines. This makes it easy to get around Tokyo, whether you're headed to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, or other popular spots.

This was a fantastic hotel! The location was incredible - it is walking distance to the Yamanote train line which connects you to other main attractions in Tokyo. There is also tons of great restaurants and shops in the area as well and a convenience store in the heart of the lobby making it easy to grab food, drinks or other supplies. This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too.
The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze.
My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small. There were often 2 hour lines of folks waiting to get loads...
Love this place and we will stay here again in the future. Room was amazing for three people with 3 single beds, fresh linen-and robe daily. Free breakfast with delicious pastries included. And oh, I missed the caffucino latte served as much as you want from Am till 10:00 pm. Our experience was great!
It’s beautiful room. My husband & kids loved here. The location is so convenient with many restaurants nearby, close to station & market with a short walking distance. The park in front of hotel is so beautiful with cherry blossoms. The staff is so friendly & nicely. Front desks are fast service & come to our room to instruct us how to use washer/dryer machine.
We will recommend friends staying here & we definitely come bac. Everything is perfect.
